A former educator and attorney, Ann is passionate about helping her clients reach their health goals. “For most of my clients the journey begins as they lose excess weight by doing a healthy, affordable, simple and effective weight loss program. Through the weight loss process they are learning the ‘habits of health’ that will enable them to keep their weight off forever, including sleep, stress reduction, movement, nutrition, life balance. And as their health coach, I accompany my clients, each step of the journey, supporting them through the weight loss, transition and maintenance phases to be sure that their healthy habits are fully established and they never need to go on a ‘diet’ again.”
