Grow your business

There’s a coworking phenomenon known as “accelerated serendipity,” which describes the magic that happens when independent professionals bump into others, and without any effort, someone is offering a resource, a connection, and soon maybe a collaboration begins.  It is the OfficeXpats mission to provide many opportunities for this magic to happen. In addition to the water cooler/lunch break opportunities, we host events that help you meet other independent professionals and enjoy “accelerated serendipity” in your business and career. You can take advantage of these events even on days that are not counted as your membership visits.

  • Monday morning check-in: come at 9:30 to get some pubic accountability for your weekly goals. It’s amazing how often you come away with additional information or resources towards those goals!
  • Tuesday Tech Support: Bring your PC laptop or your techie questions in anytime Tuesday morning and ask Jason, our IT Guy, for computer help. He may be able to poke around and figure out what’s going on. Or you may get advice on next steps. No guarantees, but lots of members have been pleasantly surprised. And its free to members!
  • Thursday Happy Hour: show up around 4:30 an enjoy a drink and nibbles on us. It’s our way of making it easier to introduce yourself to other coworkers. Pure social; no official agenda.
  • Attend networking events and professional circle roundtable conversations (see the Featured Events for current offerings)
  • Learn from member-hosted events and workshops on topics such as marketing, finance, systems development, and design/branding (see the Featured Events for current offerings)

Would you like to see a gathering or learning event that is not represented here? Do you have an expertise that would be valuable to our members? Talk to us, make us a proposal. It’l likely that we could host your event for free to members ($5 drop-in fee to non-members) and we can also help promote it.
