Martha & Mary AT HOME provides exceptional in-home care to seniors and adults helping them remain independent in the comfort and security of their own home. We do this by supporting all the activities of daily living (e.g., meals, light cleaning, errands, medication management and other tasks), providing the specialized support of Home Health, and offering professional Geriatric Care Management services. Additionally, Martha & Mary provides exceptional services in:
- Child care, early learning, and school-age programs (throughout Poulsbo, Silverdale and Kingston);
- Home Care and Geriatric Care Management;
- Senior independent living; and
- Rehab and skilled nursing care (Health and Rehab Center in Poulsbo)
