OfficeXpats offers three well-equipped meeting rooms for up to six people and a classroom-sized event room for up to 40 people. Meeting rooms have executive chairs, large-screen TVs, and high-resolution cameras mounted on the TVs for an easy-to-set-up video conference, and of course, white boards. Connectors are available for PC and Mac, including VGA and HDMI.
The 20’x30’ Event Room is a large classroom-sized space that seats up to 40 and can be set up for roundtables, classes, receptions, or presentations. It is equipped with an HD projector, sound system, wireless and hardwired Internet access, and a laptop if needed. The high resolution projector and sound system have convenient wall connections. Microphones and a mixer are also available to facilitate quality audio when hosting webinars. Technical support is always available to make your event run smoothly.

We will have your room set up according to your specifications at your reserved time. There are no hourly minimums, but please reserve enough time for any additional setup you need, early arrivals, and late ending times.
Receptions and special use
Our open space can be used in unique, flexible ways outside of business hours. We have hosted large receptions of up to 100 people, weekend photo shoots, and evening networking events and potlucks. Talk to us about your ideas for an event.
