OfficeXpats offers two well-equipped meeting rooms for up to six people, and a classroom-sized event room for up to 30 people.
Private meeting rooms
$35/hr, 15% discount for 6+ hours in a day
Meeting rooms have executive chairs, large-screen TVs, and high-resolution cameras mounted on the TVs for an easy-to-set-up video conference, and of course, white boards. Connectors are available for PC and Mac, including VGA and HDMI. Please give us a call to book one of these rooms.
Classroom/media “Event” room
$45/hr, 15% discount for 6+ hours in a day
The 20’x20’ classroom-sized media room seats up to 30 and can be set up for roundtables, classes, receptions, or presentations. It is equipped with a 65″ monitor, wireless Internet access, and a laptop if needed. Microphones and a mixer are also available to facilitate quality audio when hosting webinars. Technical support is always available to make your event run smoothly.

We will have your room set up according to your specifications at your reserved time. There are no hourly minimums, but please reserve enough time for any additional setup you need, early arrivals, and late ending times. Talk to us about your ideas for an event.
Reservations, Deposits, and Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the Event room or the meeting rooms.
Deposits for cancellations more than 5 business days out are 100% refundable, and deposits are not refundable with less than 5 business days notice.
At management discretion, for hardship or extenuating circumstances, you may request a one-time credit toward a future rental. Any changes to this cancellation/refund policy must be in writing.
