I provide Human Resources consulting to small to medium businesses including how to hire, provide a good working environment, insure they are in compliance with federal and state regulations, and have sound employee policies and practices. This can include pay and benefits, safety, worker’s compensation and a host of issues that can impact both the business and how employees feel about their work.
I have extensive experience in the banking industry in personnel management as well as regional retail branch management. I also spent several years as a the chief human resources manager for a national senior housing/commercial real estate company, graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Human Resources and am a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
