Workshop Presenter and Overview:

With two daughters at home, Craig became interested in researching topics in diversity in the workforce. He is now going deep into the myths and misconceptions about the controversial Gender Wage Gap, drawing upon new fact-based research from Harvard and Tel Aviv universities, a big-data human resource company and a Seattle-based cognitive psychologist with new ground breaking gender research.

Together, the data peels away common misunderstandings - and identifies hidden threats to organization survivability. Craig then proposes some innovative ideas to help turn things around, and maybe even benefit organizations and their employees – both male and female.
